Instructions for taking injectable HGH

I'm going to try 5 days on and 2 days off, I decided. I want to see if the side effects will subside a bit doing it this way. My side effects have been swelling in the joint area and a feeling of being manic. I'm hoping this will help. Today is first day of not taking the HGH. I'll keep you posted. Anybody taking it this way?
